Barbara is a chartered development finance analyst. She has extensive knowledge and experience in development finance and legal practice. She is also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a governance specialist. She has over fifteen (15) years’ experience working with various organizations offering development finance advisory, legal advisory, corporate governance and company secretarial services. She has served as Director in the Board of Agro Chemical Food and Chemical Company Limited and is currently, a Board Member at Development Bank of Kenya Limited and Minet Kenya Insurance Group.
Barbara holds Master of Science in Development Finance from Strathmore Business School, Master of Business and Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB). She is a Certified Public Secretary, an Accredited Governance Auditor, Ethics, Risk and Compliance Specialist and a Certified Legal Auditor.
